How to use fresh royal jelly

For maximum effectiveness, we recommend a 25-day cure (10g jar) at each change of season.

  • Dosage: 400 mg each morning (measuring spoon included).
  • Method: let it melt under the tongue on an empty stomach for direct absorption. Wait 15 minutes before eating.
  • Storage: must be kept refrigerated (between +5°C and +8°C).
